Most property owners with hail damage have probably never had to file a hail damage claim before and "storm chasers" who come knocking at your door asking you to sign their hail damage repair contracts use that fact to their advantage. Some use fear to get the property owner to sign their contracts by telling them that if they don't act right away, their roof might start leaking and cause further and more serious damage.
